Paccurate’s proprietary PacHealth score was first introduced in PacSimulate. In the PacHealth dashboard, we're monitoring the performance of your live packing. Real orders are sampled and compared to their "perfect" pack metrics, and performance is tracked over time. In addition to calculated scores, PacHealth displays important KPIs such as volume utilization, items per box, and boxes per order daily for API customers. PacHealth provides your overall performance score, as well as a rank based on industry benchmarks. The score includes the average of your:
Cost Score: cost performance compared to “perfect” costs of the same order.
Efficiency Score: volume utilization of the orders compared to the volume utilization of perfect.
Green Score: surface area (of corrugate) generated by your orders compared to the surface area generated by the same orders, perfectly packed.
Monitor the health of your operation
PacHealth provides insights on your overall packing performance and calls out areas of improvement based on your personalized KPIs. With these high-level health scores, shippers are able to see which areas of their operation have the most opportunity for optimization. For example, if a shipper has relatively high efficiency or green scores, but their cost score remains low, it may worth exploring a renegotiation of shipping rates. Similarly, if cost score remains high due to a forgiving rate card, an area for savings would be right-sizing boxes to save on corrugate or consolidating shipments for labor savings.
